Getting Started
   


In order to provide the best online experience, it is important to ensure that your computer meets all requirements to run the e-Learning courses.

RETURNING USERS
If you are returning to the e-Learning programs after starting a previous session on this same computer, please click here to log in.
         
NEW USERS
If you are just logging on for the first time on this computer, please read the following requirements and update your computer’s programs, if required:

  • Ensure that you are using a high speed internet connection.  A wired connection will provide the best user experience.
  • Ensure you are running this program on Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are using a MAC, do not use Safari. Please use Firefox
  • Please ensure that your internet browser is set to accept all session cookies and JavaScript
    • Go to your browser's security settings and click 'allow cookies' and 'enable JavaScript'
  • Ensure that your computer has a sound card and external speakers.
  • Download or update your computer with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  • Read the e-Learning registration letter that your company’s training representative presented to you, which includes your student ID, login password and technical support phone numbers/e-mail address.  Please contact technical support if you have completed all above steps and the program is not running properly.

Once you have completed the above steps to ensure that your computer meets all requirements, please log in by clicking the link below.
