NEW USERS
If you are just logging on for the first time on this computer, please read the following requirements and update your computer’s programs, if required:
- Ensure that you are using a high speed internet connection. A wired connection will provide the best user experience.
- Ensure you are running this program on Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are using a MAC, do not use Safari. Please use Firefox
- Download or update your computer with the latest version of internet browser.
- Please ensure that your internet browser is set to accept all session cookies and JavaScript
- Go to your browser's security settings and click 'allow cookies' and 'enable JavaScript'
- Ensure that your computer has a sound card and external speakers.
- Download or update your computer with the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
- Read the e-Learning registration letter that your company’s training representative presented to you, which includes your student ID, login password and technical support phone numbers/e-mail address. Please contact technical support if you have completed all above steps and the program is not running properly.
